Project Overview
Community Futures Boundary invites proposals for the design and development of a new website dedicated to promoting regional investment across the Boundary Region of British Columbia. This site will serve as a hub showcasing economic opportunities, displaying up to date community specific statistics, and providing resources for investors and entrepreneurs interested in the area. We are looking for the proposal to include a 2 year contract to maintain the site as well.
Project Goals
- Promote investment and economic development in the Boundary Region • Provide reliable, up-to-date regional and community specific data
- Showcase business and land opportunities in multiple small communities • Improve visibility and online presence for the region
- Offer a modern, mobile friendly, and user-friendly design
- Provide a space to link to other community websites and resources

- Citizens (new, potential, and existing)

- Dashboard of up-to-date statistics

- Interactive maps – to visualize investment zones and community layouts • Resource Library – Documents, reports, and links useful to investors • Contact Form & Inquiry Management – simple way to reach out for more information
- Multimedia Integration – Photos, videos, and testimonials showcasing the region
Scope of Work
- Planning sessions with key stakeholders
- Front & Back end development of the site
- Basic SEO and analytics setup
- Ongoing hosting & maintenance services for 2 years
- Any training required for administrative users
Proposal Requirements
