Pascale’s Baked Goods is a full service bakery located in Grand Forks, B.C. Pascale and her husband moved to Grand Forks from Montreal at the end of 2014. He was born and raised in BC and his family was living in the region, thus the move here.

She has always been passionate about cooking and baking. When she was 17, she signed up for Pastry School but ended up choosing the social work field instead. She is a self-taught baker and readily admits that she has an addiction for pastry and cooking books.

Pascale loves Grand Forks. In her words, “it’s a little hidden gem. Don’t tell anyone! We have the mountains, the wilderness, rivers and lakes and an amazing community. It sounds to me like the perfect combo to open a business here.

“I truly love food and I try as much as I can to help our local farmers by sourcing my ingredients from them such as local honey, cheese, butter, veggies, etc. I also source many ingredients organically including but not limited to flour, sugars, cocoa, coconut, peanut butter, seeds, nuts, vanilla, oats, flavour extracts, corn starch etc.”

She is vegetarian and her new shop is a “no meat” zone. She also bakes many plant-based sweets, cakes and cupcakes and makes sandwiches to fill your bellies on your lunch break!!
