Community Futures Boundary’s Growing Communities Fund:
Growing Communities One Idea at a Time
Are you part of an organization or event that positively impacts the Boundary’s economy?
Community Futures Boundary is a long-time stakeholder in the Boundary region and has a mandate to support both economic and small business development. Put simply, the economic wellbeing of the Boundary Region is our priority.
Community Futures Boundary’s Growing Communities Fund provides funding for projects or events that align with Community Futures Boundary’s Strategic Priorities. We ask that your request for support includes information related to the level of support you are requesting, other parties who have been approached for support, and a high-level overview of how your organization and/or event adds to the economic wellbeing of the Boundary Region.
Our ability to provide support is not guaranteed and is dependent on a number of factors all of which change from year to year. This information will allow the Board to discuss your request in an effective and efficient manner.
Please note that given the significant demand, the Community Futures Boundary Board of Directors would like to advise that they will be capping requests for support at $3000. Only organizations and activities within the Boundary are eligible.
Intake occurs February 1 to March 31 annually. The Community Futures Boundary Board of Directors will then meet after April 1, to approve funding allocations.
We thank you in advance for all you do to support a healthy Boundary economy.
