Day to day responsibilities:


• Answer telephone and relay messages

• Social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress)

• Updating listings on Matrix

• Prepare listing and transaction files/ filing

• Clean and maintain office area

• Payroll

• Trust and General banking

• Bank reconciliation

• Accounts receivable

• Printing and preparing listing catalogues

• Preparing weekly newspaper ads

Specific Skills Required: 

Successful candidates should have great computer skills, and be proficient in: Microsoft Word, Window's Live Mail, Excel and Social Media.  Accounting skills are an asset, but not a requirement.  Will train the right candidate.
