Community Care Facilities for the Elderly (6233)

Our Administrator performs a variety of clerical, accounting and customer service related functions in support of the Coordinator, focusing on tenant service provisions and overall facility administration.

Duties Include: scheduling, payroll remittances, payables/ receivables, duplicating, fling, record keeping, coordination of staff benefits, tenant rents, tenant move-in/move out procedures, vacation coverage for the main office.

We are looking for an experienced, organized, caring, empathetic team player to join our team.

Specific Skills Required: 

Preference will be given to those with MOA/Office Administration Diploma/  Licensed LPN’s or Registered HHS/RCA’s.
Previous experience in a Non-Proft or Healthcare Facility environment with working knowledge of Quick Books, MS Office, Excel, Internet Applications
